Question:
I had back surgery for herniated disk a few years ago but I am still in pain. I was offered another surgery. Is it the only option?

Answer:
No. There is a lot of controversy about back surgery. More and more doctors become convinced that surgery is not a solution and more an act of desperation. Before going for another operation, try acupuncture. This is your best shot.

Question:
Does acupuncture actually treat the medical condition or just kill the pain?

Answer:
Pain reduction is only one of the effects of acupuncture. Most importantly it reduces inflammation, eliminates muscle spasms, activates blood circulation and accelerates the regenerative process.
That is why the effect of acupuncture lasts.
